Payment Terms for Session Scheduling

Effective Date: 9/23/2024

1. PURPOSE

All payments are final and required to confirm your scheduled consultation. We do not offer refunds, and your payment secures your time slot for the session. Please review the rescheduling and cancellation policies below carefully.

2. RESCHEDULING

A. You may reschedule your session using the link provided in your meeting confirmation email.

B. Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.

C. If you encounter issues rescheduling, please contact us at team@blueprintco.org no later than 24 hours prior to your session.

D. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for rescheduling and will result in forfeiture of the payment.

E. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse rescheduling if rescheduling requests become excessive (e.g., more than two requests). If this occurs, your session may be canceled without refund.

3. CANCELLATION

A. No refunds will be issued for canceled sessions.

B. We reserve the right to cancel any session without notice or refund if we determine that the scheduling request was made with ulterior motives or that the entity is not genuinely seeking our services. This includes instances where we suspect misuse, misrepresentation, or dishonesty in the inquiry.
